Our young people and founder Lisa Goodchild, London

Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not. Digilearning exists to close that gap and build a world where a young person's background never caps their future. That is social mobility, and it is the whole reason we are here.
For too many young people, where they are born quietly decides what feels possible. Professionals from working-class backgrounds earn around £6,000 less a year than peers doing the very same job. The doors are not open to everyone.
We find, train and champion diverse young talent, connect them to mentors, industry and real opportunities, and give them the confidence and network to walk into rooms they were once locked out of.
Talent, not privilege, deciding who rises.

Digilearning is Lisa's brainchild. Supporting young people is one of the loves of her life, and it is the heartbeat of everything we do.
Real numbers, real lives changed. This is what happens when background stops deciding destiny.

Industry ExperiencesHelping businesses discover diverse early-career talent, powered by a network of mentors, leaders and young innovators.
Network & #RightTalentLearning is at our core, empowering young people to understand the world of work and realise their potential.
From live briefs to a day at the Financial Times, we open real doors so young people learn by doing.
Your network is your net worth. We build the community of mentors and thought leaders that changes lives.
A movement, not a moment. Two things we have built to make it real: one platform, one nationwide campaign.
Everything we have learned over 100,000 young people, in one place they carry in their pocket. DigiOne, YourCalling, helps every young person find their calling, then actually get there — and keep climbing once they do.
It started with us. What began as a Digilearning idea is now an award-winning, nationwide movement every June, opening doors for young people from underrepresented backgrounds, connecting them with leading brands, industry voices and real opportunities. Opening doors. Changing futures.
We bring 100 young people onto the floor of the London Stock Exchange for one unforgettable day. First they find their voice. Then we open every door: a full day inside the industries shaping their future, with AI as the thread through all of it. Designed, hosted and led by Digilearning alumni.
Before any industry opens its doors, every young person masters the skills that get them through it: how to hold a room, ask for what they are worth, and be heard.
Rolling panels of four experts, 30 minutes each, followed by a fireside chat. Six sectors, real practitioners, honest conversation, with an AI thread running through every session.
Be first to hear when applications open. For young people who want a place, and organisations who want to bring a cohort, put alumni on stage, or partner.
Thank you. We'll be in touch as soon as Summit applications open. See you at the Exchange.
Why here? Because the Exchange exists to value potential and help it grow. So do we.

"100% yes, Digilearning helped me. If I hadn't signed up I honestly don't think I'd have had such amazing guidance, career-wise and personally. I got a job as a Data Science Intern at 59A, an adtech company in London."
BBBreanna Burris"Digilearning let me expand my network and better myself, opening a plethora of career opportunities. Thanks to Digilearning and my mentor Shirley Smith, I'm now a Data Scientist at 59A in London."
