FLOURISH

In recent years, the Digilearning Foundation and MAD//Fest London have joined forces to empower marginalised youth in the technology sector, equipping them with the tools they need to seize their first significant opportunity and thrive in their professional paths.

Through our initiative, FLOURISH, we actively foster the growth and progress of talented individuals hailing from less privileged backgrounds, as well as those from diverse communities and ethnically diverse individuals. We also extend crucial support to those who face additional barriers in securing employment opportunities.

As part of our programme, participants undergo an immersive bootcamp experience where they receive comprehensive training. They are then presented with a real-life brand brief and given the opportunity to showcase their skills on the MAD//Fest stage, pitching their ideas in front of a diverse and engaged audience.
